We hope you had a nice winter break. Our first weekend social of the term will be a pub crawl around some pubs in Loughborough on Saturday 20th January; it’ll be the perfect opportunity to meet fellow PhD students and the SSN committee, and catch up with friends over a few drinks.

We’ll be meeting at The Swan in The Rushes at 7pm but feel free to join us at a later pub: The Needle and Pin, The Bell Foundry, The White Hart, The Three Nuns or The Phantom – we’ll keep the Instagram and Facebook event page updated on our location.
